Change transition from fade to dissolve

Second run - 16 seconds
Compression efficiency       Very good - averaged above 85%
De-interlacing/ Progressive       There is an anti-flicker setting; can also choose frame based encoding.
Audio options       When compressing to MPEG-2 file, only option is MPEG audio
De-interlacing quality (frame 1:48:10)       Very good
