Submit a Question to the Jan FAQ

Please include your real name with the question, which we will post (but not your email address or any other identifying information).

Please note that due to the multiple varieties of computers and computer setups, Jan cannot answer technical suppor- related programs, and may not be able to answer function specific "how to" questions about other programs.
